Catbite is a 4 piece ska band from Philadelphia. Influenced by the jolting energy of the Specials, the Selector’s edged lyrics, and Elvis Costello‘s love of melody, the group cranks out short, catchy tunes that usually have a deeper meaning.

Jule is the new rising star on St. Pauli's decaying music scene. Sort of a singer-songwriter, but make it punk, and there's just this blunt rap influence that you can't avoid if you're 25 and have been listening to it a lot for the past ten years. Jule makes music because "my head is very loud and it helps me deal with everything." The debut EP "Crying on the Regional Train" is released on Zeitstrafe and includes six unconventional, moving, (truly) relentlessly personal songs. Between dubious medication and heartache, straight from the twenty-something life on Hamburg's Reeperbahn. Everything as usual, everything always different - Jule has the mic from now on.
